Electronic Rock Guitar Shirt

By Andrew Liszewski
Hot on the heels of this new Guitar Hero video game I’ve been hearing about comes this Electronic Rock Guitar shirt from ThinkGeek. Using a special magnetic pick and your fingers, you can actually strum and play the guitar printed on the shirt, almost like the real thing. An included miniature amp clips to your belt and plays back samples of all the major chords recorded from an actual electric guitar, and yes, the volume dial absolutely goes to 11. And with a price tag of just $29.99, you’ve probably just finished half of your Christmas shopping. You’re welcome.

You Can Leave The Glowsticks At Home – Diesel Now Selling Glowing Denim

By Andrew Liszewski
As long as your nightclub/hotspot of choice has plenty of black lighting installed you can now wear your glowsticks with the ‘Flash For Fun’ clothing from Diesel. Everything in the new line, which includes denim, tees, underwear and sneakers, is specially coated so that it will glow with unique patterns and illustrations when exposed to a black light. And the glowing designs are completely invisible in regular light, allowing you to wear them during the day without looking like a complete and utter tool. Men’s jeans seem to run around $150 (100 Euros) while tees are about $38 (25 Euros) but this time you’re paying for more than just a name.

Eye Poking Hummingbird Feeder Helmet Is An Adrenaline Rush For Bird Watchers [Birds]
Generally speaking, bird watching doesn’t provide many death defying thrills. All that is about to change with the hummingbird feeder helmet.
If you have ever seen a hummingbird up close, you should know that long beaks and wings flapping up to 80 times per second is not something you want anywhere near your eyes. But that is exactly what happens with the helmet. After leaving it outside for a period of time for hummingbirds to grow accustomed to, you should be able to coax the birds to feed from a tube located right between your eyes. Going cross-eyed was never so much fun! Believe it or not, you can actually get in on this action for $80. [eye2eye via Craziest Gadgets via Gearfuse]

DNA-Inspired Closet Is As Space-Efficient As It’s Twisted and Curvy [Design]
Irina Alexandru’s design is more of a coat hanger than a closet, but it’s intended to allow for the maximum amount of clothing hangers in the smallest amount of space. I just plain like the curvy double helix design.
For those who are having flashbacks to biology class: Yes, a double-helix is actually nature’s clever way of squeezing a heck of a lot of genetic information into a tiny coiled pattern. It’s somehow almost fitting that the same design would make for efficient clothing storage, too. [Core77]
